What is a "Fascinator"? you might ask. Fascinators are wonderfully whimsical items that fascinate
and catch the eyes of those around you. They can be highly intricate mini hats, feathery hair pieces, or brooches.
They are meant to make a statement and add the perfect completion to any outfit.
The hats are fully wearable and are held on by a piece of elastic, hidden under your hair.
For the record, Strike Daekins was making these long before Kate wore one!
